Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the video editing services (“Services”) provided by Mhsuhag (“Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our video editing services. By selecting a service package and making a payment, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes.

2. Description of Services

We offer the following video editing service packages:

Basic Package

Price: $299
Includes: Up to 2 videos per month (10–15 minutes each)
Revisions: Basic (minor adjustments only)
Delivery: Within 3–5 business days per video (after receiving all materials)
Best for: One-off or occasional video needs

Standard Package

Price: $799
Includes: Up to 6 videos or 8 Shorts per month
Duration: Long-form videos (10–15 minutes), Shorts (up to 1 minute)
Revisions: Up to 2–3 rounds of significant feedback per video
Delivery: Typically 2–4 business days
Features: Enhanced motion graphics, branded titles
Best for: Growing creators, brands, and influencers

Premium Package

Price: $1099
Includes: Up to 8 videos or 12 Shorts per month
Duration: Same as Standard
Revisions: Up to 3–4 rounds per video
Delivery: Typically 1–3 business days
Features: Enhanced motion graphics, branded titles
Support: Top-priority support
Best for: Content-heavy brands, YouTubers, and marketing teams

3. Ordering Process and Client Obligations

Ordering: Choose a package and complete payment to initiate service.
Client Responsibilities: Provide all required materials, including footage, audio, logos, scripts, and editing instructions.
Content Guidelines: You are responsible for ensuring content does not infringe copyright or contain illegal/offensive material.
Communication: Timely feedback is required to ensure on-time delivery.
Storage of Materials: We retain your project files for 30 days after final delivery unless agreed otherwise.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

Pricing: As stated in Section 2 and subject to change (future changes will not affect paid orders).
Payment: Due in full at ordering; recurring for subscriptions.
Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled.
Additional Work: Requests beyond your package scope may incur extra charges. You’ll be notified in advance.
Refunds: Generally not available once work has begun. Please contact us to discuss any concerns.

5. Revisions

Basic Package: One round of minor revisions (e.g., cut trims, color corrections).
Standard & Premium: Up to 3 (Standard) or 4 (Premium) revision rounds per video.
Revision Rules:
- Must be requested within 7 days of draft delivery.
- Should align with the original project scope.
- Major changes may be billed as additional work.

6. Delivery

Turnaround:
- Basic: 3–5 business days
- Standard: 2–4 business days
- Premium: 1–3 business days
Definition of Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Format: Videos delivered as MP4, MOV, or other standard formats via secure links.
Delays: Timelines are estimates. Delays due to project complexity or slow client response will be communicated.

7. Support

Basic & Standard Packages: Email support within 24–48 business hours.
Premium Package: Expedited support within 4–8 business hours and potential for alternate contact methods.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Client Content: You retain rights to your original content. You confirm that you have all necessary permissions.
Edited Videos: You own the final product upon full payment.
Our Portfolio: Unless otherwise agreed, we may use completed work in our portfolio. You can request exclusion in writing.
Stock Media: If we use stock assets, their usage is subject to respective licenses. Premium stock costs may be passed to you if requested.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared. This obligation continues even after termination of this Agreement. Publicly available information is excluded.

10. Term and Termination

One-Off Projects: Terminate anytime. Work already begun is non-refundable.
Subscriptions: Cancel anytime; termination effective at the end of the current paid cycle. No refunds for unused time.
By Service Provider: We may terminate for violations of terms or if unable to continue service, with or without notice.
Effect of Termination: All work done remains payable. Client rights to use delivered work remain unless otherwise breached.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant Service package within the past three months.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, error correction, or suitability for a particular purpose.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our associates harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
a) your use of our Services,
b) breach of these Terms, or
c) your submitted content.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sylhet, Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Amendments

We may update these Terms at our sole discretion. If material changes occur, you’ll receive at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
