Fees and Payment Terms

• Pricing: The prices for each Service package are as listed in Section 2 and on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.
• Payment: Payment for Services is due in full at the time of ordering or on a recurring monthly basis if subscribing to a monthly package. We accept Easy Credit Card payments.
• Subscription Billing (if applicable): For monthly packages, your credit card will be charged automatically on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.
• Additional Work: Any services requested by the Client that fall outside the scope of the selected package (e.g., more videos than allocated, significantly longer video durations, complex animations not included in the tier) will be considered additional work and may incur extra charges at our standard hourly rate or as separately quoted. We will notify you and seek your approval before undertaking any work that incurs additional fees.
• Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced on a project. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us to discuss potential resolutions.
